In acest moment producatorul detine 15 ha de vita de vie pe parcele Grand Cru in arealul viti-vinicol Cotes des Blancs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Sampania\u00a0 2011 Millesime Legras &amp; Haas Blanc de Blancs Brut Grand Cru este obtinuta din Chardonnay 100%, recolta 2011. Strugurii provin din plantatiile\u00a0 de<b>\u00a0<\/b>pe cea mai nordica parcela Grand Cru din arealul vitivinicol Cotes des Blancs &#8211; Choully. Datorita conditiilor meteorologice ale anului, vinul materie prima obtinut a demonstrat un potential de evolutie spectaculos, si astfel a fost luata decizia de a produce un spumant vintage. Tirajarea a avut loc in 2012, si dupa 5 ani de invechire pe drojdii, spumantul a fost degorjat si lansat pe piata. Producatorul recomanda maturarea in sticla de 10 ani, pentru a atinge momentul de consum perfect. Potential de invechire minim 15 ani din momentul degorjarii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Arome complexe de citrice cu note de briose si miere de albine. Gust echilibrat cu o textura cremoasa generata de perlarea fina, cu note persistente de citrice, fructe confiate, miere si migdale. Post-gust lung si placut.
