In acest moment producatorul detine 15 ha de vita de vie pe parcele Grand Cru in arealul viti-vinicol Cotes des Blancs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Sampania\u00a0 <strong>\u015eampanie Legras &amp; Haas Exigence No. 9 Brut Grand Cru<\/strong>\u00a0este un cupaj obtinut din Pinot Noir 50% si Chardonnay 50%. Strugurii Pinot Noir provin de pe parcele clasificate Grand Cru din zona Ay. Chardonnay-ul provine de plantatiile\u00a0 de<b>\u00a0<\/b>pe cea mai nordica parcela Grand Cru din arealul vitivinicol Cotes des Blancs &#8211; Choully.\u00a0 Cupajul pentru tirajare a fost creat din 10 tipuri de vinuri materie prima, din recolte diferite, cel mai vechi fiind din 1995, si cel mai nou din recolta 2013. Tirajarea a avut loc in 2014, si dupa 4 ani de invechire pe drojdii, spumantul a fost degorjat si lansat pe piata. Datorita prezentei in cupaj a vinurilor cu diferite perioade de maturare, el si-a exprimat caracterul nobil si notele spectaculoase imediat, fara a mai fi nevoie de o perioada de invechire suplimentara in sticla. Are un potential de invechire de aproximativ 15 ani<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Arome complexe de pere, mere si grapefruit completate cu note de briose.
